At just 29 years old, Chef Tomohiro Ogawa, a rising star in French cuisine, was appointed as an executive chef after honing his skills in renowned hotels. With numerous international culinary awards, he personally selects ingredients by visiting their sources and creates uncompromising dishes that showcase their true essence. His unique 'Ogawa-Style French' is highly acclaimed. In 2015, at the age of 42, he received the prestigious 'Les Disciples d'Auguste Escoffier' title in the French culinary world. His exceptional skills, creativity, and passion continue to garner significant attention. He has held his current position since 2016.
