MESSAGE

As the world gradually emerges from the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism industry is showing signs of recovery. Domestic travel, previously restrained, is gaining momentum, and Japan, known for its tourism, is poised to regain its status as a global tourist destination when the infection situation allows. The World Economic Forum, the organization behind the Davos Conference in Switzerland, ranks tourism industry competitiveness in 117 countries and regions. In May 2022, Japan claimed the top spot (followed by the United States in 2nd place, Spain in 3rd, and France in 4th). Japan's diverse tourism resources, ranging from marine resorts to snow and mountain destinations, are attributed to its unique geographical features. Additionally, Japan takes pride in its rich culture, national character, advanced technology, diverse regional cultures, top-notch safety, and extensive transportation infrastructure.

We operate a wide range of hotels, from city-focused accommodation to resort properties. Our common mission is to cherish the culture inherent in each region of Japan, express it to the fullest within our hotels, and offer it to our valued guests. By highlighting the individuality of each hotel, we aim to create hotels that both Japanese and global customers actively choose. Through continuous efforts to be chosen by our guests and valued by our owners, we aspire to become a company that is indispensable to all and can sustain growth for a century.

PROFILE

Profile

Born in 1977 in Hyogo Prefecture, graduated from Waseda University's School of Business. He joined SAP Japan, a leading IT company headquartered in Germany, as a system consultant in management accounting. In 2004, he transitioned to Rakuten, Inc., specializing in store attraction and sales improvement. Later, joined a Tokyo-based hotel management company, serving in various roles, including Front Desk, Restaurant Manager, Hotel Business Division Manager, and Ryokan & Resort Business Division Manager, gaining extensive knowledge in the hotel industry. In 2013, he founded Core Global Management Co., Ltd., and currently oversees the operation of diverse hotels across Japan.
