Since our establishment in February 2013, Core Global Management has focused on operating city and resort hotels, successfully elevating the GOP of many hotels in a short time. ■Resort Hotel Achievements

We promoted the appeal of our resorts to travel agencies to address the challenges of peak and off-peak seasons in all areas. This helped us achieve an annual inbound group of about 50,000 people and smooth out seasonality volatility. We also increased the unit price by installing open-air baths, semi-open-air baths, and view baths in some guest rooms. By renovating the swimming pool into a leisure pool, we acquired new users and significantly increased the number of families.

■Performance of City Hotels

We took over a city hotel in 2014 that was struggling with low annual occupancy rates due to high seasonal volatility. We conducted focused sales activities overseas and attracted over 120,000 inbound tourists annually. By renovating the restaurant and hosting attractive events, we transformed the hotel into an exciting destination that even local guests frequently visit. We carried out a large-scale renovation in 2018 to expand the number of rooms and improve our customer acquisition efforts.

We attract families and small groups by offering relatively spacious rooms of 20-25 square meters with twin beds or larger, leading to an increase in ADR. We improved profitability through cost compression and reviewing hotel operation flow. In 2018, we underwent a complete renovation and transformed into a designer hotel with a luxurious atmosphere, further increasing ADR.

■Comparison of Occupancy Rates with Competing Companies after Introducing Comics & Books

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our new hotel concept "Comic & Books" has been successful in attracting users and achieving high occupancy rates, even when compared to competing hotels in the same area. With its strong content of manga, "Comic & Books" has lent out over 10,000 books in the past four months alone and has an utilization rate of over 70%.
