We will regularly conduct antigen tests using test kits for all employees in the group.

We will regularly perform antigen tests on all employees at Core Global Management Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary companies to prevent COVID-19 clusters and enhance customer confidence during the ongoing pandemic.

◆Purposes of Antigen Testing
-To prevent the spread of COVID-19.
-To regularly confirm the negative status of our hotel employees responsible for serving customers through antigen testing, ensuring peace of mind and safety for our customers. (Also to provide a secure working environment for employees within the workplace.)
-To ensure the well-being and safety of our employees.
-To strive for the prevention of workplace clusters and similar incidents
◆Implementation of Antigen Testing:
-Testing Frequency: Twice a week as needed (conducted at home before coming to the office).
-Target: All employees commuting to the main office and hotel facilities (employees working remotely will be tested at home when coming to the office).
◆Response After Antigen Testing:
-In case of a positive result, we ensure the process of conducting a PCR test by our affiliated medical professionals for a confirmed diagnosis.
-Positive individuals will be required to stay at home and follow the instructions of healthcare authorities and local government.

Visualization of Thorough Disinfection during Room Cleaning – ‘Core’s Clean Staying’:
Core Global Management Co., Ltd. has been performing thorough disinfection, which is not typically part of regular room cleaning, in its 17 hotels nationwide as a measure against COVID-19. Starting from August 2020, we have enhanced the visibility of our thorough disinfection efforts to provide even greater peace of mind to our guests. Specifically, we affix a “disinfected” seal to high-touch surfaces like doorknobs and switches after completing disinfection.
In addition to room disinfection, we are meticulous about COVID-19 prevention measures throughout the entire hotel, including changes in restaurant seating arrangements based on social distancing and ensuring thorough ventilation. Our goal is to create a hotel environment where guests can stay with even greater confidence.

Room Cleaning
We conduct room cleaning using sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and alcohol disinfectant. We affix ‘disinfected’ seals to cleaned areas, including:
Doorknobs, various remote controls, switches, refrigerators, phones, faucets, and toilets.
Tables, desks, chairs, showerheads, handrails, shampoo bottle, hairdryer, and more.
Glassware is replaced with paper cups every time.
Deodorizing and disinfectant agents are placed in the rooms.

Cleaning of Common Area
We regularly perform wiping and disinfection using sodium hypochlorite-based disinfectant on high-touch surfaces such as elevator buttons and doorknobs, where customers frequently come into contact.
We are ensuring thorough regular ventilation, including the opening of automatic doors.

Operation of Common Area
We have set occupancy limits and enforce social distancing in areas like smoking rooms and the coin laundry to prevent crowding.

Employee Health Management
Our employees wear masks while serving customers.
Our employees undergo temperature checks and use hand sanitizer with alcohol upon arrival for work.
We wear masks and gloves while cleaning guest rooms.
We instruct employees to stay home and seek medical attention if they experience fever, cough, or other health issues.
