The Menu Concept: ‘1130 Tsumagoi TANTO’
Experience the ‘TANTO’ concept, meaning ‘plenty’ in Italian, at our restaurant. We offer an evolved buffet with a focus on local Tsumagoi Village and northern Shinshu ingredients. For breakfast, enjoy live-cooked dishes like Highland Vegetable Teppanyaki with Tsumagoi cabbage and Shinshu mushrooms. Dinner features teppanyaki, sushi, and tempura cooked before your eyes. We’ve also revamped the Kids’ Corner for all ages to enjoy. Come savor our cuisine in a new forest-inspired setting in North Karuizawa.
