As the name suggests, "QUINTESSA" is a hotel brand that fulfills the demands of individual customers and explores new value that takes advantage of the characteristics of the area. We operate 10 unique hotels across the country, including luxurious resort-style and functional city-style hotels. We offer a hotel life that fulfills your personal satisfaction, with space designs that uplift your travel mood, hotel rooms designed with spaciousness and comfort in mind, and breakfast featuring local specialties from each area.

In addition to the stylish design, including a lobby designed with a snowflake motif and colorful decorations inspired by the city of Hakata, we have thoroughly explored the interior design to provide a higher-grade comfortable stay! The spacious hotel rooms are also popular for their comfortable stay.

"QUINTESSA" provides breakfast that is comprehensively produced by Ogawa, the group's executive chef who holds the title of the highest in the French cuisine. We create menus from scratch to suit the guest's style of stay, tailored to each hotel's region. Our breakfast is particular about quantity, volume, and quality to satisfy each individual's appetite, incorporating local ingredients and specialty dishes such as seafood from Hokkaido, obanzai from Kyoto, and mentaiko and mizutaki from Hakata.
